Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your email address, to send reports, alerts and receipts.
What you type in: the business name you search for, and optionally your opening hours, phone number and street address. We keep the optional details only with paid orders and subscriptions, so we can compare them on each check.
The Google place ID of the listing you pick. This is the only Google Maps data we store, as Google's terms allow.
Our own results: the score and the list of issue types found (for example "hours mismatch"), so Profile Watch can tell what's new.
IP address, for rate limits and abuse prevention, and the Cloudflare Turnstile bot check.
Payment records (order and subscription IDs, amounts, status) from Stripe. Stripe handles card details; we never see or store card numbers.

What we don't store

Listing details from Google (name, address, hours, phone, rating, reviews, photos) are fetched fresh for each check, used to build your report, and not stored by us. Your emailed report contains them, in your inbox.

Google

We use the Google Maps Platform Places API to fetch listing data, shown with Google Maps attribution. Google's use of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy, and use of Google Maps content is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with Google.

Service providers

Cloudflare (hosting, database, bot check), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and an AI writing service (xAI) that drafts replies to critical reviews in paid reports; it receives the review text and your business name for that request only. They process data only to provide their service to us.

Email

Free checks send one report email. Paid reports and Profile Watch alerts are part of the service you bought. Every email has an unsubscribe link; Profile Watch emails also have a manage/cancel link.

Retention

Free checks (email, search, place ID, score, issue types, IP): up to 24 months.
Fix Pack orders and payment records: up to 24 months for support and accounting, or longer if tax law requires.
Profile Watch details (place ID, the details you entered, issue history): while your subscription is active, plus 12 months.
Unsubscribe records: kept so we keep honoring your choice.

Your choices

Email Agensys@storefrontcheckup.com to access, correct or delete your data. We'll respond within 30 days. Deleting your data cancels any active Profile Watch.

Other

We don't sell or share personal data for advertising. The service isn't meant for children under 13. We use no advertising or tracking cookies. If we change this policy, we'll update the date above.
